As a virtual Real Estate office, we embrace all that technology has to offer, but we’re also all about the personal, hands-on approach – we are both high-tech and high-touch.

Our Broker Rita Tayenaka (one of the original four founders) is the sole owner. Rita was licensed in 1991, and she is instrumental in providing ongoing agent training and development. She served as the 2015 President of the Orange County Association of REALTORS®, one of the largest real estate trade associations in the nation, and Rita’s commitment to serving others and her industry is one that is echoed by our agents.
